I don't have the license in front of me, but what Chris has stated is correct - the license applies to a single family residence[0]. I not 100% sure of the commercial purposes clause, however - I believe if you are a home office situation you can use the family pack and it excludes enterprises.

[0] - I understood this clause stood for "usual residence", meaning that children who are going to college / university and staying in halls of residence could use the license as well.
