Actually, while I'm here I might relate one story that I have to tell. I once spent several hours bidding on a job offered by an Indian at Drupal paid services. Whenever I sent my quote for work requested, there followed a kind of email silence and it was apparent I was quoting too high. I never heard back, but sometime later there was a complaint posted by this very same person about a developer whom he hired to do the job, at about half my quote, and who took the money and failed to deliver. I took the opportunity then to post him a rebuke for taking the cheapest option. He was now several weeks down the track, had spent hundreds of dollars and had nothing to show for it. He basically got flamed by everyone who posted for being a dipstick. The gist of his complaint was that he felt that Drupal should provide a list of approved developers!
