Who hosts the mail for company.co.nz?
I'm guessing it's hosted by someone other than Webdrive (maybe onsite
with the client). In which case, check the MX record that Webdrive has
on file for company.co.nz under domain templates. Make sure it's
pointing to the correct mail server for company.co.nz. If you are using
one of Webdrive's preset DNS templates, it will be sending mail to a
Webdrive server which would explain the problem.
If Webdrive are hosting the mail..... hmmmmm.
To answer your question of how to manually set a SMTP server in mimemail...
$mail->setSMTPParams($host, $port, 'http://www.company.co.nz', true,
$user, $pass);
should do the trick.

Hi there,
The system is hosted on a shared web server with WebDrive.
The emails are getting through to myself, on: [email protected]
from [email protected]
but are not going through to: [email protected] from [email protected]
So looks like an issue with DNS, or spam filter on company.co.nz
I can have SMTP access to the [email protected] address, however,
not sure how to manually do this with HTMLmimemail.
Also, only some of the emails come from this [email protected]
address, the other emails come from various users at company.co.nz -
eg some emails are being sent to [email protected] from
[email protected] and are being sent and received ok.
Seems to be only the issue with this [email protected] address which
is a generic one set up with the company...
