I work for a government organisation that runs a large Drupal web site
and also uses Drupal as the platform to run our contacts database
(CiviCRM <http://civicrm.org/>) on.
We take care of most development tasks in-house but occasionally we have
some overflow that we'd love to find some contractors to take care of.
Most of the work we are looking at out-sourcing is to do with CiviCRM
and CiviCRM <--> Drupal integration. Although CiviCRM is written in PHP
and runs in Drupal as a Drupal module it uses a completely different
logical structure and database so it takes a bit of getting into.
