It would be nice if those who call themselves "advanced" PHP
programmers took notice of posts like this.
So let me tell you, if you follow this advice, you're already in the
top 50%.
The MyISAM/InnoDB choice is somewhat misleading, but anyway InnoDB
won't hurt if you do that.
