Just off the top of my head, if you wanted to avoid using flash you could
layer images. Depends really on the required resolution of the speedometer.

The main speedometer graphic could be on one layer, and then different
needle positions in a single image and spliced on a different layer.

This is just the first practical idea that came into my head, but thought
I'd share it. Others may have better solutions.

Thanks,

Nathan.

Subject: [phpug] speedomoter graphs

hi there,

any one know of easy to use (preferrably animated) graphs showing
speedometers which can be set by php variables...

hope this makes sense...

client wanting to have a dashboard of how they reaching their KPIs and want
to display it in a set of speedometers rather than traditional bar charts...

i know fusioncharts charge extra for this range of flash charts, but
wondered if was a free version out there that any of you used?

cheers
bren.
