We have had a discussion with our landlord and between the two of us we have an offer for businesses who have been affected by the Christchurch earthquake and want to relocate to Dunedin. There will be a good period of rent holiday in recognition of the circumstance with no obligations. We can get you up and running with power, phone, broadband etc. The available space will suit smaller companies, say 3 - 10 people.
