Yes, I offered that as a solution, but it didn't go down well.

It may be the only option if I can't get Aaron's suggestion to work!

Can you just redirect the viewer from the completed quiz form to your save 
hours form?

It's likely that quiz offers a "finished" hook of some sort (and/or just a 
plain redirect URL); then you should be able to have the two forms play nicely 
in series.
