Hi everyone,
We need to do a quote on a hotel website with online booking facilities.
I was wondering if there was someone out there who could share their
experiences of which 3rd-party booking provider you ended up choosing
and why? Or if you decided to use a self-hosted booking system (ie not
using a 3rd party), and why?
My understanding (which may be incorrect) is that many of these 3rd
party booking systems offer extra value in that they provide data feeds
to various last-minute type sites - so aside from the convenience of
them doing the card processing and booking facilities etc, they can also
become a good source of new business.
Any insight on this appreciated.
