I use springloops.com for work and for personal use.

You can setup multiple development, staging and production servers and
deploy in one click if you need to.

It only does code, doesn't handle db updates but we find it pretty useful.

V2 has an updated interface and a few new features like bug tracking.

They have a free account which is limited in the number of projects you can
have, but good for having a play around.
