I can also vouch for dnsmadeeasy.com. They're anycast, which means faster DNS for more people. Good pricing ($59 a year).
If you're wanting something a bit more commercial then you can't go past www.dyn.com (commercial arm of dyndns.org). We use them for a large site, never had a problem, but you're looking at $200-400 a month (which is still way cheaper than ultradns/neustar, which would be $1k a month and up).
