Hi there, I'm looking for a CakePHP expert to guide me through a script which I bought and now want to modify. I think I'll just need an hour or two to look over your should while debugging what I've done so far. Here's what I'm trying to do:
I've purchased Zhen apartments, an apartment management system written in cakePHP. It's fairly basic but I'm keen to use it as a base and extend it. You can see a working version of it here: http://codecanyon.net/item/zhen-apartments/full_screen_preview/605987 At first I want to add a payments system so I can track who owes what. It will need to show a dashboard of people that owe money so the admin user can chase them for payments. Payments should be manually entered in against the resident. The system could calculate how much is owed by working from the date that the resident moved in. The rent weeks are always Mon - Sun with payment due in advance on Fridays for the week ahead Mon - Sun. The resident pays a part week when they move in to square them up to Sunday.
