good on you.

I agree with the other guys - it is long, but based on your business
development outlook and positioning this may be the right strategy to
deter tyre-kickers, ie. people that believe you should do all the work
and they themselves have no responsibility or part in the project they
pay for.

Detail things that stuck out for me:

- I find the form outline and text contrast a bit low
- g.Browsing patterns doesn't contain anything, is this broken
- h. technical specs - I find this a bit technical, unless of course
you sell 80% to techies, then it may be apprpriate. The other comment
is that there is currently the bug theme of "responsive design", which
obsoletes the screen resolution question a bit.
- common browsers - I would tick them by default and show leadership
