Firstly, I have no idea about Lectora; never used it. So I am unaware of the exact restrictions placed upon you.
I am assuming you want to send out to a PHP script so why not whip up a Perl CGI script middle layer that passes the messages onto your PHP script? You have probably already thought of this and discounted it for whatever reason, but just thought I would mention it.
