Hey guys

My terms are here http://communico.co.nz/terms

They are a few years old, partially irrelevant now and have some areas that
could be much better but were looked over by a lawyer. Feel free to use them as
a starting point but don't blame me if they 'don't work' ;]

2 cents on the issue of non-payment:

I've had many clients decide not to pay $000's over the years, took one to
small claims but I'll offer a counter view to some others: No contract, court,
debt collector or public defamation will ever ensure you'll get paid for
services work.

If you really want to be paid, ** get paid in advance ** and/or get to know
your clients very well, over-communicate and make sure they are constantly
aware of what costs they have incurred.

And, be aware that the value a client feels they're being delivered and the
time & effort we spend bears zero correlation (in my experience). Find out what
their perception of value is and make sure they feel they're getting that.
