I am on my phone so don't have the URLs to hand, but Google knows them! For the PHP side of it:
Have a look at the Zend Certification plan. I am pretty sure courses are run in parallel - although not sure if in NZ. Lorna Jane has a resource pack she sells from her site also at a reasonable rate. For some self learning I would recommend you have a read through PHP The Right Way, which contains quite a lot of good advice. For JavaScript there is a free online book called Eloquent JavaScript which is quite good. For CSS and JS also checkout Mozilla MDN. Help can be found via StackOverflow and various language related IRC channels. I hope that helps.
