Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a 3rd party order management system that would be
suitable for a florist website?
Generally we find that most shopping carts are good at getting the
order, but poor at handling all the processes that happen after the
order is placed. So we are looking for a setup where the website passes
the order to the external order management system via an API or email,
and the order management package takes over the process from there.
We have no particular preference for whether it's hosted or non-hosted,
OS or proprietary. Just looking for recommendations or suggestions if
anyone has worked with one of these before, particularly if it was for a
florist.
