Need to be someone that I can give a not too specific (but technically minded) brief to, and for you to be experienced enough to fill in the gaps, put together an accurate estimate, do it right, and bring it together on time.

Location is not a problem, as long as you're somewhere within NZ. Provided you can manage your own time well! We work on interesting projects and I always pay on time.
