You can send through the HTML if you want, however it is quite hard to test without first hand access to the problematic pages.
The typical things that I notice old IE too have issues with is unclosed tags and javascript. Does IE show any errors (small red cross in the bottom left corner)? If so have you debugged it with the script debugger? http://www.microsoft.com/en-nz/download/details.aspx?id=22185 Non standards compatible HTML can also cause funny things to happen, such as forcing IE into quirks mode. I did notice there is an extra doctype in the source of the login page. But all of this shouldn't be caused by a PHP upgrade.
