I know there was a discussion a few months back about this. I just had my services suspended despite having paid by bank transfer a couple of weeks ago and sending several messages through. Has anyone had any support from the recently? I fixed it by putting another payment through by credit card. But will have to sort this over the next couple of weeks by moving websites elsewhere
