I've been asked to find people to send a project description to, requesting bids. It's an upgrade of a site that runs a bunch of subdomains using cakePHP. No new functionality but about 45-50 hours work. The spec will be available next week, and the committee meeting to make the decision will meet in February. I created the sites back in 2006 and have worked on it continuously since then. The admin side of the system isn't part of the upgrade project. I will be available throughout the project.
