Hi Anand, LDAP users are not loaded into OAE until they log into the system. The LDAP authentication handler does the work to create the user in OAE and load their information from LDAP. As you've seen, this means that LDAP users that haven't logged in won't be searchable. These users would have to be manually loaded into the system to have them available before the user(s) logs in.
