Nico, 2 things to check, excuse me if I point things that are obvious, but have been caught by them in the past.
1. Are you logged in to the CLE (localhost:8880) 2. What is the port set to in: - localhost:8080/system/console (admin/admin) > Configuration tab > org.sakaiproject.nakamura.basiclti.CLEVirtualToolDataProvider Should be http://localhost:8880 (or a different port if you have changed it).
