Hi Mustansar,
I just wanted to check whether you're still seeing this error? The
description in the JIRA ticket sounds like some bundles are not
starting correctly, but I've never seen this error before myself. It
might be worth checking the Bundles tab on http://localhost:8080/system/console
to see whether there are any bundles that haven't started
successfully.
