I may be doing something wrong, but on qa20-us I'm having trouble
embedding youtube videos in pages in the easy way that I remember it
used to be possible. I don't really know how this works, but I'm
guessing that qa20-us is not configured to work with the youtube APIs.

Steps I'm following:

1) While editing a page, drag the 'insert video' icon into a new row.
2) Click 'Add New Content' from the overlay
3) Click 'Add Link' on the next overlay screen
4) Paste in my youtube video URL, and give it a title. Click 'Add' and
then the 'Done' buttons
5) Click 'Add selected content to page' to finish

What seems to result is that the link gets added to the library, but
what gets placed in the page is a zero-height frame (i.e. a scrollbar
with nothing to scroll) and not the video content. The content profile
in the library also does not show the video, just the URL.

As a general rule, I think QA testing needs to exercise common cases
of incorporating external content, so if it is a qa20-us configuration
issue, I'd recommend a default configuration that's intended to
support this sort of thing (e.g. slideshare, vimeo, some basicLTI
provider, etc.).
