It is 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT-wilson...it seems I build it correct,but Why the jar
doesnt work properly?

try this:
Go to http://localhost:8080/system/console/bundles
Find the UX bundle and click on it
What is in the VERSION field? If its 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT-wilson, you got
your UX build in there correctly.
