First of all, are you referring to Sakai OAE, which is what this list
is used for, or Sakai CLE (which has its own e-mail list [1])?
Sakai OAE already has a system in place that will allow you to change
date and time formats to any format using the Open Source jQuery
globalization plugin. However, Sakai CLE has more native calendaring
capabilities, so I have a feeling your question is probably about
Sakai CLE.
