Hi Bhanu,

I'm not entirely sure, but first of all I would double check that there is 
indeed nothing else running on port 8080, 8081 and 8082.  

Other than that, a quick Google search for 'unable to establish loopback 
connection' shows that this often occurs in Jetty because of a firewall issue 
or some form of tcp/ip filtering. In case you've updated a config file, I've 
also found [1].
