Do you remember how you created the tenant?

It sounds like you might still have data in Cassandra from your previous 
installation, and that might or might not be giving problems when running 
Phoenix on top of it. It probably makes sense to try to clear all Cassandra and 
ElasticSearch data and restart Hilary to check if that fixes the problems.
