Hello.
I created a MediaCore account. My LTI consumer has "consumer key", "shared
secret" and access to all collections.
The "consumer key" matches OAE's "MediaCore Key ID" and "shared secret"
matches "MediaCore Secret Key", Collection ID and URL are also set. I'm
getting a 403 error:

What am I overlooking? Pointers appreciated!
Also What is OAE's role when accessing MediaCore? Administrator?
