Hi guys,
Were now testing the sakai oae and we've just to ask some questions
that we encountered while testing this oae environment. first is that when
we try to upload some microsoft documents with pictures we encounter some
error; Import failed, please try again. and repeatedly show the same error
when try to upload the file. but when i try to upload a simple text file it
was successfully uploaded and seen in the html editor. does it has an issue
on the file type that we are importing in our documents?or it is only plain
text required in creating a document?
on the other hand, some of my co worker have successfully uploaded a
doc file with pictures yet when we try to view it, seems it continuous
loading. we waited for two hours yet it still not finish loading the
document.when we try to download the file, it is successfully downloaded to
our unit..hope you can help us to this issue. thanks
