Hi Michael, these are the steps I would take to debug this: - Inspect the GET request to /api/ui/skin and verify that .oae-institutional-logo returns as expected. - If it doesn’t, check what it returns, does it make sense? If it’s a previous value you’re likely still dealing with a cached configuration, try clearing the cache. - Inspect the logo in the DOM by using a developer tool like the webkit element inspector or Firebug - If it’s correctly populating the logo in the DOM then maybe the request is failing, check your requests for the logo and see if it is actually found on your server. If it isn’t, check that the file is where you think it is and verify the path to it. - I’d also check the Hilary logs. If there’s a problem parsing the LESS templates it will show in there.
