OAK-516 - Create LdapLoginModule based on ExternalLoginModule
Fixing build failure.
Apache Felix JAAS module is currently is not avialable in Maven central. As a
temporary measure commiting the LoginModuleFactory locally. Once we have a
released version available this would be removed
