Log:
OAK-3159 - Clarify the semantics of some configuration properties

- Specify how relative paths are handled in both SegmentNodeStoreService
  configurations.
- Remove duplicated description of the customBlobStore property in the legacy
  SegmentNodeStoreService configuration.
- Clarify what happens if customBlobStore is false for both the
  SegmentNodeStoreService configurations.
