OAK-66 introduced a private class for handling effective node type calculations
on the {{Tree}} and {{PropertyState}} level. Since we will need (parts of) this
functionality also in oak-jcr, it would make sense to reuse the functionality
where possible. OAK-250 started with introducing {{EffectiveNodeTypeProvider}}
which is still lacking though.
