Since OAK-553 {{NamePathMapperImpl.getOakName}} duplicates the code of the same
method in {{GlobalNameMapper}}. Instead the method could just delegate to the
underlying {{NameMapper}} instance as all the other implementing methods of the
{{NameMapper}} interface also do.
