I think the reverse is true ;-) How could a client tell whether the problem is
that {{http://some.unknown.namespace.url/}} is unknown or an item at some path
does not exist if in both cases the exception is {{PathNotFoundException}}?
Or put in a different way: how can node "not be there" if we don't even no its
path due to an error in path mapping?
