revision 1447237: move the init of validators and commit hooks defined by the
pluggably
security modules from Oak to the RootImpl. in contrast to the first draft this
allows for
repository setups with multiple configurations, distinct security
configurations per
workspace and proper pluggability of security modules upon runtime.
