We should specify default values for maven bundle plugin properties like
* Bundle-Category - oak
* Bundle-DocURL - http://jackrabbit.apache.org/oak/
* Bundle-Vendor - The Apache Software Foundation
Also by default the Maven Bundle Plugin deploys the created bundles to local
OBR. This should be turned off (SLING-2684). Would at least save some build
time!!
