Work in progress patch for isExternal() support. The patch introduces an
instanceId property on the event bundle tree and checks it again on event
delivery/read.
However, it doesn't address the concurrency issues when multiple Oak instances
are clustered. E.g. clashes of BUNDLE_ID values.
