read access for node types, namespace and privileges and adjust permission
evaluation accordingly (note: isGranted is not yet adjusted, policy can in this
first draft not be removed).
NOTE: AccessControlManagerImplTest#testTestSessionGetPrivileges would still
fail (blocking issues is OAK-766)
