Queries that contain conditions of the form "lower(name(a)) like '%italy%'"
might not work as expected when using the Turkish locale, as when using this
locale, the uppercase "I" is converted to a lower case "i" without dot.
We might not be able to solve that problem, but what we could do is warn about
this problem in the documentation.
