Fix For: 0.13
in order to be able to resolve OAK-1201 the most recent changes made to
JackrabbitRepository (constants for api specific descriptors) should be
available in oak.
as discussed with [~alex.parvulescu] i will commit the fix for OAK-1201 after
the 0.12 release including a snapshot dependency. this issue acts as marker in
order to revert back to a regular jr dependency before releasing 0.13.
