rev. 1562076: minor improvement to the test-cases and enabling test, that pass.
NOTE: CopyTest#testCopyInvisibleSubTree still fails (though the same test
passes in jackrabbit-core). [~mreutegg], may i ask you to take a look to
identify what's going wrong here?
