Updated patch which fixes:
* Code style issues
* Test artifacts clean up
* Configuration handling change - Configuration now bootstraps from a file
which defines the keys and the default values if available. This configuration
can be overridden by the system properties or the bundle context properties
when applicable. Uses apache commons BeanUtils to initialize the DataStore
classes with the respective configuration.
