as suggested on the mailing list i would like us to get rid of the TODO class
again. afaik it's usage is now limited to the versioning code base, where IMO
are only 2 blocking issues left:
- VersionHistory#removeVersion
- OPV Initialize
i would suggest to get these 2 fixed as soon as possible and replace the other
usages of TODO by UnsupportedRepositoryException and only fix them if we have a
compelling reason to do so (all the other fancy features of the JCR versioning)
