fyi I added the oak-blob to the osgi it tests because they were failing

also, shouldn't some of these new packages also have a 'package-info.java'
file? I see the moved ones keep the old file, which I'm not sure is too great
(new package in a bundle should probably be exported as the latest version of
that bundle) but new packages don't have it. maybe something to take into
consideration.
