Resolution: Won't Fix
In revision 1572794 I decided to drop the MongoDB backend of the SegmentMK as
it wasn't being used anywhere, the code was a bit outdated (the cause of this
slowness) and it was unnecessarily complicating potential SegmentStore
refactorings. Resurrecting the backend later on shouldn't be too complicated if
a need for it arises again.
