Initial patch
Key points to note
* Couple of OSGi bundles have been added as dependency with Runtime scope to
provide OSGi features like ConfigAdmin etc outside of OSGi based runtimes like
Sling
* OakOSGiRepositoryFactory - Implements the javax.jcr.RepositoryFactory. There
are some pending TODO to enhance the feature more. But basic setup works
The testcase provide is currently ignored as for this feature to work OAK-1476
needs to be handled
