When an EmbeddedSolrServerProvider is used with HTTP bindings an HTTP
SolrServer pointing to it is returned but then if the it gets shutdown the
runner keeps staying up which is wrong, so an hook to stop the runner when the
SolrServer#shutdown is called is needed in the returned SolrServer.
